After a few delays, Crab Catching Season is finally underway in Northern California. Whether  you are a commercial crabber, or a recreational crab catcher, grab your bib and dig in. Not only is crab delicious, these crustacean’s are also very healthy for us. It’s packed with protein, which is great for building and maintaining muscle. Also, crab contains high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12, and selenium, nutrients which play important roles in improving our general health while helping prevent a variety of chronic conditions.
