Vacaville: Museum Guild Children’s Party

The always popular Vacaville Museum Guild’s Annual Children’s Party is Thursday, August 8, 2024, from
10:00 am to 12:30 pm, in the Museum courtyard, 213 Buck Ave. The theme will be Fun on the Farm.
The party is geared toward children ages 3-9 and activities will include face painting, bubbles,
chalk art, Sand painting jars, wrangler ring toss, magic crowns, bead necklaces and bracelets,
plant a seed and see it grow, and Mother Goose story time. There will also be an observation
bee hive and farm animals. Other participants will include the 4H Club, the Solano County
Library, the California Highway Patrol, the Vacaville Police Dept. Jelly Belly, and music by the
School of Rock. And, as always, a hot dog lunch and popcorn.
Tickets will go on sale on June 22th, at the Vacaville Museum. Museum gallery and store hours
are Thursday-Friday, 1:00pm-4:30pm, and Saturday 10:00am-4:30pm. Ticket price $3, cash or
check only, with 250 tickets available for two entry times: 10:00am (175 tickets) and 10:45am
