Free paper shredding and recycling Last Saturday of each month through October.
Free and confidential paper shredding, e-waste, and used clothing drop off is available on the last Saturday of each month, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot at the corner of Jefferson and Empire Streets in downtown Fairfield. The event is scheduled monthly, on the last Saturday of the month.
Protect yourself from identity theft. Shred important documents you no longer need. This event is open to all residents and small businesses from nearby cities. You may have up to 10 boxes shredded per person, at no charge. A Certificate of Destruction will be mailed to your home or office, upon request.

Fairfield-based Gone for Good is a branch of the United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of North Bay and is a non-profit corporation.
